Auburn Falls

Many people have hiked the Thompson Creek trail without ever having seen this lovely waterfall, tucked away at the end of a canyon. This is because the trail forks at one point and it is necessary to take the road less traveled so to speak.

From trailhead T3 - Thompson, follow trail 206 - Thompson Creek south for about two and one-half miles. The trail forks where a stream feeds the creek. The left fork serves as one end of a loop trail to the falls. (The right fork just crosses the stream and you miss the waterfall.)

On the Briartech map, look to the lower left of center or search for Auburn Falls.
